Exam & Certification

The certification is benefited for anyone who is involved in service management that take care of
any combination of internal and external service providers. This includes consultants, SIAM™ and
procurement consultants, service managers, problem manager, incident manager, major incident
manager, service desk manager, delivery manager, project and programme managers as well as
business relationship, change and commercial managers.

SIAM™ Professional has the 65% as the pass percentage. So candidate has to score 26 out of 40 Marks in order to clear the examination.

90 minutes (1.5 hours)
40 multiple choice questions

No calculators or mobile technology will be allowed during the examination.

SIAM™ Professional is a closed book examination.

Candidates will need to take accredited SIAM™™ Professional training, as the practical assignments must be assessed by a trainer and successfully completed.

After successfully passing the examination you will receive the soft copy if the certificate. The Soft copy of the certification can be downloaded from your EXIN account.

Candidate who wish to get the hard copy of the SIAM™ Professional Certificate are requested to order the hard copy from your EXIN account by paying the applicable charges.
